What Payment methods do you take?

We allow Payment methods of: Visa, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard & American Express.

Working Hours?

The business involves one single person running the operation. Consequently, my operation hours are Monday-Friday (9am-5pm) during 'DROP DATES'. We are closed on weekends and national holidays. Any orders during off-hours will be processed the available following working day.

An item I want is no longer available, will it be able to be restocked?

Depending on if there is/was popular demand for said item/s, I will explore this and see what future course of action can take place around the item/s. 

What if the item I ordered arrives damaged/broken?

As we are a small business who is starting up, we will very sadly and regrettably be unable to process any returns or refunds on ordered items that arrive broken or damaged. We please hope you understand.

What if I need to change the address that I gave?

If your order hasn't been processed, we can adjust the delivery information. Please do ensure that this is done within 24 hours or this will be unchangeable.
